Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing websites, apps, or services operated by Suntinus Consultoria em Tecnologia da Informação Ltda (“Suntinus”, “we”), including the brands ParcAI, GapRadar, and Eventoando, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Who we are

Legal name: Suntinus Consultoria em Tecnologia da Informação Ltda · CNPJ 66.540.542/0001-65 · Microenterprise (ME). Products (ParcAI, GapRadar, Eventoando and future ones) are brands of Suntinus, not separate legal entities.

3. Services

We provide software, content, and digital services under portfolio brands. Features, plans, and availability may change. Free tiers (when offered) have limits; paid plans follow checkout and product terms.

4. Account and acceptable use

• You are responsible for your credentials and account use.
• Unlawful use, abuse, improper reverse engineering, aggressive scraping, or attempts to compromise security are prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

5. Payments, subscriptions, and cancellation

Recurring charges are processed by Stripe. Price, currency, and trial appear at checkout. Cancellation and card management can be done via the Stripe customer portal or product flows (e.g. ParcAI Account).

Stripe receipts do not replace a Brazilian tax invoice. When applicable, Suntinus issues NF via Contabilizei / e-cert and emails it.

6. Intellectual property

Suntinus and product trademarks, software, design, and content belong to Suntinus or licensors. You keep rights to content you submit, granting us a limited license to operate the service (store, process, display as needed).

7. Disclaimers and limitation

AI and software services are provided “as is”, within legal limits. They do not replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.) when the product so indicates. To the extent allowed by Brazilian law, Suntinus’s liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months before the event.

8. Privacy

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice with a reasonable period. Continued use after they take effect means acceptance.
